All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Sivya by HOME in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. You can check when the delivery of your order will take place using our pin code availability. We usually ship orders the next day. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 6-8 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

We will notify you once your order has been shipped via SMS and Email with the tracking details (AWB Number). You can track your order by entering this number on the track order section of the website.
If this is your first order with us, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 1999* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1999.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, a method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments
When you visit our website, select products and make payment through our approved online resources, it is regarded as a confirmation of your order. If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, it is possible to do so if it is done within the 1 day of placing the order/ or if we haven’t already shipped your order.
You can cancel any order through your customer account panel but only before your order is shipped. We can cancel your order only if clear and timely communication is received in this regard. When we accept your request for cancellation of an order, we refund the amount paid to your credit card account through which the payment was made. Please note that all refunds are subject to normal banking procedures. Your account will be credited subject to the time taken by your bank to process the refund.
In case of Cash on Delivery, after our confirmation, the order will be cancelled.
In some cases where we make time specific offers, cancellation requests will not be considered even if they are made before the shipment process is initiated. We make sure that our customers are fully aware of such situations as our cancellation policy is cleared described and stated on our website and on our invoices as well. No cancellation will be accepted in terms of sale and special priced products.

We will process your request and arrange pickup. We will email you shipping tags, you will have to print the shipping tags and paste it on the package. You have to keep your order packed, with correct shipping tags and ready for pick up.

In case of defective product -
You can return a product in case of defective product in terms of colour, size or quality, wrong product received, product damaged at the time of delivery. Please note that payment refunds are made only in cases where they are genuinely applicable such as delivery of damaged product or when the product delivered is different from the one ordered in terms of style, quality, color or other aspects.
Please note that you should return the damaged/defective/different product received from us in the same condition as you received it, along with its original packaging, original tags and invoice to qualify for a refund or an exchange.

Return of product is done within 2 days from the date on which it was delivered. Returns and replacements are done free of cost if you have received the wrong product, wrong size or they are damaged or defective.
