When and how can I cancel an order?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item. To change an Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place a new order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled

Do you exchange or replace items?

Yes, we can exchange an item, just login into your account and choose the exchange/return option. For further information get in touch with us via [email protected] or whats app/ call us at –858-880-4389

We usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm ( excludes public holiday)

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You could initiate a return for your order/item by going into My Account and click on RETURNS, within 10 days of the order delivered. For further information please call Customer Care, 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday on business days (excludes public holidays) or write to us at [email protected]

What is the Return pickup process?

Once you click on return on your account, we will initiate the process for a pickup, we request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your doorstep. They would contact you and get the item picked up. Packing Instructions will be sent to you through e-mail.

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

When are returns not possible?

When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.

  • The return needs to initiate within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items of the order are used.
  • The tags of the items are removed

When are Refunds provided?

Refunds would be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse/Store and the quality check is complete.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

For Credit Card/Net Banking, refunds will be done through the payment gateway. It typically takes 7 to 10 days for refunds to reflect into your account which is completely dependent on the bank. For Cash on Delivery Orders, the refund will be processed through online transfer. It may take 7 to 10  business day’s to reflect in your account. Please reply to our e-mail which will be sent when the refund is requested with details of your bank account.

Flat Shipping Rate-  Rs. 100 shipping charge will be applicable Order Below Rs. 1000-/- 
Free Shipping Rate- All orders equal to Rs.1000 or above will apply for zero shipping charge.

We promise a full refund for the item.

·        If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 10 days of receipt.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  •        Sivya by Home will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers.           The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
  •          Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse/store & after quality check
  •          Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners 
  • Customized product order is non-returnable and the order can't be canceled..
  •          Sivya By Home follows 10 days, No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 10 days of delivery.
